Shipping Prices - Many products have Free Shipping! For those products that do charge shipping, shipping prices, to the lower 48 US states, are indicated on each product page. For combined product shipping, after you enter your name and address including zip code on the checkout page, the shipping total will be calculated to your address, and a grand total will be indicated. Tax will be not be charged on any order.

Alaska, Hawaii and Canada - Please call us at 1-800-296-2032 (406-297-2547), fax us at 406-297-2548, or e-mail us at info@americanrusticlighting.com with the merchandise information and your complete delivery address so we can quote the shipping fees.

Shipping Method - American Rustic Lighting is shipped via UPS or Motor Freight, depending on size/weight of order. Items shipped UPS will arrive at your doorstep as any other UPS order. Motor Freight items will arrive in a box with a crate around it. You may need to make arrangements to receive the shipment when the freight contractor calls to notify you of delivery.

Delivery Times - Delivery time will vary with manufacturer and individual product. Estimated shipping times are given for each manufacturer and normally these are the longest times not the shortest. If you have a specific delivery time frame, we should discuss this prior to order placement. American Rustic Lighting will not promise something we don't think is possible to get a sale. Sometimes, through circumstances beyond our control, we do not make a projected delivery schedule. We will do our best to expedite your order, but cannot guarantee an exact delivery day.

Changes / Cancellations - After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to cancel the order before any fees are incurred. Any fee or charges incurred to us for cancellation or changes will be applied to you.

Satisfaction / Returns - Customer satisfaction is the foundation of our success. Our customers are overwhelmingly satisfied with their furnishing selections. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund minus a re-stocking fee, please see specific manufacturer above for more details. Please repackage the items as received and ship to us. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Order Tracking - Actual in-route shipping time averages (7) seven working days, but can take as long as (15+) fifteen plus working days under unusual circumstances. If delivery contact is not made approximately (10) ten working days from shipping notification, you may want to check on the transit location of your order. When Your Merchandise Arrives - Please be prepared to inspect your order when it arrives. Check the Bill of Lading and verify that the quantity of packages delivered agrees with what the BOL indicates left the factory. Please do not sign the bill of lading until you are reasonably sure the merchandise has been delivered in good condition. If you should discover damage, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately, 1-800-296-2032 or e-mail info@americanrusticlighting.com . You must sign the bill of lading with a note describing the damage you see. Although damage claims are rare, they can happen and your products are fully insured against freight damage.

Freight Damage - Your products are insured against freight damage. Should freight damage be determined, we will either arrange to have the merchandise repaired to factory new conditions or replaced at no cost to you and as expeditiously as possible.
